For owners, investors, lenders, developers, governments, Indigenous organizations, and other stakeholders who can't regularly attend the project site. We report on large and complex construction projects of every kind — institutional, commercial, industrial, and modular — and it's especially valuable when the project is remote, the owner is in another province or country, or internal resources can't provide continuous field visibility.
On projects of any scale — from a single building to a multi-phase construction program — Novid acts as the owner's eyes and ears on site, providing factual observations, organized documentation, and timely notice of issues that may affect quality, cost, schedule, or decision-making.

- Scheduled, milestone-based, or issue-specific site visits
- General observation of construction progress and visible workmanship
- Comparison of visible work with available drawings, specifications, schedules, and reported progress
- Date-stamped photographic and video documentation organized by area or scope
- Identification and tracking of incomplete, damaged, or deficient work
- Confirmation of major materials and equipment observed on site
- Documentation of access, storage, weather, protection, logistics, labour, and equipment conditions
- Observation of critical work before it is concealed, where visits can be coordinated in time
- Attendance at progress meetings and follow-up on contractor commitments
- Review support for progress claims, changes, substantial completion, deficiencies, and closeout
- Tracking of manuals, warranties, training, commissioning, and turnover requirements

- Current activities and apparent progress against the available schedule
- Captioned photographs organized by building area or trade
- New deficiencies, incomplete items, and status of previously reported items
- Potential schedule, coordination, quality, logistics, or cost concerns
- Owner decisions or consultant clarifications required
- Recommended follow-up actions and responsible party, where known
- Immediate notification of critical or time-sensitive concerns before the formal report is issued
